Strawberry Cakes - Mel Marvin Villarante

At first i thought the taste never lasts,
Then i saw these two having a blast.
For once, i didn't look back to the past,
When i thought the taste would never go away.

The two cakes looked perfect together,
Like their taste was forever.
No other flavor could be better,
When the time comes to eat.

I was as happy as i could be,
Though i could barely see,
That this taste was as great as the sea.
The look in my eyes show my intent...

At first i thought love never lasts,
then i realized it never really does.
I remember the old saying that goes,
"Love feels like magic, but magic is merely an illusion..."

Her laughs as sweet as Strawberry cakes.
Love wider than a thousand lakes,
But i don't have what it takes.
To even try to taste this cake...
Even if she was the one who bakes.

Hello guys! Recently I just answered an essay for my NSTP class. Topic?
Edit: I added a little bit of formatting, I have a little bit of OCD I guess. I also corrected some spelling and grammatical issues, sadly I couldn't change the one I submitted to my professor.

Imagine yourself as the President of the Philippines... What do you think is the root of the problem in our society? how can you address that? Which of the National Concerns stated in our lesson would you prioritize to resolve? What programs would you implement?

The Start of Something New

I have very little idea on how to run a blog, so I started one. The main purpose is to show what I feel about certain things happening or maybe just talk about something about myself, something interesting, some advice, a funny story, a video, etc. whatever it is that comes to mind.

Hopefully people accept by opinion about things, may it be positive or negative.

Sometimes I'll be typing in Tagalog or Taglish, whichever is easier to open up my thoughts.
